Melissa R. DeVantier
Melissa DeVantier practices business transactional law, which allows her to assist business owners with a variety of processes such as business entity formations, lease and other contract reviews and preparations, business sales and purchases, buy-sell agreements, independent contractor agreements, and website reviews.

Her desire to work with entrepreneurs began with a business minor in college and grew during law school as it became clear how closely the fields of law and business intertwine. Since that time, she has continued her business education in order to gain a deeper understanding of the issues that confront business owners in their various ventures.

Valerie J. Revnew
Val Revnew practices exclusively in business consulting and litigation. She provides assistance to financial institutions, businesses and business owners who must resort to the courts to enforce or defend their legal rights. She assists clients in a wide-range of substantive areas including the enforcement of leases, sales contracts, buy-sell agreements and non-compete agreements. She also advises clients in business collections, replevins, evictions and foreclosures.

Val counsels clients involved in construction, real estate, intellectual property and employment law disputes. Clients appreciate her straightforward answers and her direct style. Ryan P. Thompson
Ryan Thompson practices general business law with an emphasis in employment law. He counsels clients to comply with the increasingly complex state and federal labor, employment, OSHA and tax laws.

Ryan works with employers to develop practical, creative and low-cost solutions to prevent disputes and litigation. He conducts in-house, legal prevention training sessions for business owners and their management teams. Lori L. Johnson
Lori is a veteran in an office environment and manages her time as an executive assistant for both the estate and business planning areas. She is a central cog in the wheel that keeps Epiphany Law running smoothly. Her organizational skills are surpassed only by her multi-tasking ability. In addition, Lori’s 25 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company equip her with the outstanding hard and soft skills that are essential to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Ingrid D. Ebner
Ingrid is an executive assistant with Epiphany in the business transactional area. Prior to joining Epiphany, she started and ran two businesses. Ingrid spent 18 years as a securities paralegal for a Fortune 500 Company. She has a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, as well as several securities licenses. This background allows Ingrid to assist Epiphany and its clients in a wide range of business matters. Ingrid enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, water sports, gardening, music and reading.

Amy has been a legal assistant with Epiphany since January 2007. Amy’s previous legal experience with real estate law, probate law and litigation combined with her years of customer service experience allow her to assist clients that have varying legal needs.

Jessica Slappey
Jessica is an executive assistant in the litigation department at Epiphany Law. She has had two and one-half years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a law firm in De Pere. Jessica has handled issues such as complex litigation, healthcare litigation, business collections, and multi-million dollar arbitrations. She currently resides in Ashwaubenon. When not working, Jessica enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and camping.

Amanda Fischer
Mandy has worked with Epiphany Law since its creation in 2004. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with degrees in History and Legal Studies and also has her Associates Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Fox Valley. Currently she is enrolled in the Paralegal Certification program through the University of Wisconsin - Fox Valley Continuing Education Program. Mandy is using the experience she is gaining from working at Epiphany to help her succeed in her future plans of attending law school to become an attorney.

Susan Thibodeau
Susan joined Epiphany Law in December 2007 as a bookkeeper in the accounting department. She is a 2002 graduate of Lakeland College. Her experience in the accounting field allows her to complete the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities along with month-end processing and special tasks. When not at work, Susan spends most of her time with her two children, fiancée and family. She also enjoys Scrapbooking and movies.
