Melissa DeVantier
Melissa practices business transactional law, which encompasses a variety of processes including business formation and development, real estate transactions, and business sales and purchases. In addition, she assists clients with buy-sell agreements, leases, and other contract preparations and reviews. She also provides estate and business succession planning services to business owners, in order to ensure that their personal and business interests are protected.

Valerie Revnew
Val practices exclusively in business consulting and litigation. She provides assistance to financial institutions, businesses and business owners who must resort to the courts to enforce or defend their legal rights. She also assists clients with the enforcement of leases, sales contracts, buy-sell agreements and non-compete agreements, in addition to advising clients in business collections, replevins, evictions and foreclosures.

Kathryn Blom
Katie practices exclusively in business transactional law; advising business owners and management in all aspects of the law affecting businesses-entity selection, buy-sell agreements, contract drafting and review, purchase orders, and purchases and sales of existing enterprises. She also advises and works with charitable and tax-exempt entities, securities and franchises.

Lori Johnson

Lori Johnson
Lori is a veteran in an office environment and manages her time as an executive assistant for both the estate and business planning areas. She is a central cog in the wheel that keeps Epiphany Law running smoothly. Her organizational skills are surpassed only by her multi-tasking ability. In addition, Lori’s 25 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company equip her with the outstanding hard and soft skills that are essential to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Jessica Slappey

Jessica Slappey
Jessie is an executive assistant in the litigation department at Epiphany Law. She has had two and one-half years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a law firm in De Pere. Jessica has handled issues such as complex litigation, healthcare litigation, business collections, and multi-million dollar arbitrations. When not working, Jessica enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and camping.

Amanda Fischer

Amanda Fischer
Mandy is an executive assistant supporting business transactional law and has worked with Epiphany Law since its creation in 2004. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with degrees in History and Legal Studies and also has her Associates Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Fox Valley. Mandy is using the experience she is gaining from working at Epiphany to help her succeed in her future plans of attending law school to become an attorney.

Ryan Plisch

Ryan Plisch
Ryan joined Epiphany Law in May 2009 as a law clerk supporting business transactional law and estate and business succession planning. He attends the University of Wisconsin Law School and is scheduled to graduate with his Juris Doctorate Degree in May of 2010. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition, Ryan has experience clerking for a judge and working as a paralegal. When not working, he enjoys golfing, running, baseball, spending time with his family, and reading.
